Espressamente progettata per la necessità delle grandi industrie, la cucitrice a due fili mod. FL1 Silent è adatta per la cucitura di suole di qualsiasi
tipo e materiale. I corni intercambiabili di nuovo tipo, la cui sostituzione è stata resa più semplice e rapida mediante un innovattivo sistema brevettato di
comando del rosellino, le conferiscono notevole flessibilità e maneggevolezza, consentendole di eseguire, oltre alla tradizionale cucitura Blake di
qualsiasi tipo di calzature e stivali con gambale rigido di altezza fino a 550 mm, anche quella laterale (Opanka) di calzature con suola a scatola per
uomo, donna e bambino. Caratteristiche importanti (altre caratteristiche sono elencate nella sottostante tabella riassuntiva) :
•Velocità variabile in continuo, per meglio conformarsi alle varie difficoltà di lavoro •Nuovo trasporto brevettato, per ottenere punti precisi e costanti
anche nell’esecuzione di parti curve e cucire suole di differente spessore con un’unica regolazione •Posizionamento della barra porta ago regolato
elettronicamente con arresto in posizione •Posizionamento automatico del piedino di trasporto all’inizio ed al termine della cucitura •Spola di capacità

Designedly planned to meet the great industries requirements, the new 2-thread stitching machine mod. FL1 Silent is suitable for the stitching of
any type of soles whatever kind of material they are composed of. The new type of interchangeable horns, whose replacement has been made
easier and quicker by means of a special patented whirl-drive system, confers flexibility and simple handling on the machine which besides the
traditional stitching (Blake) of any type of footwear, including hard leg boots of 550 mm of height, can also perform the lateral stitching (Opanka)
of wall-sole for man, women and children. Important features (other features are visible into the below table) :
•Constantly adjustment of the work speed, to meet the various level of work difficulties •New patented feeder ensuring a constant lenght of stitch,
even during the execution of the curves and allowing the stitching of variable thickness soles with a single adjustement •Needle-holder bar
electronically regulated, with stop in right position •Automatic presser foot positioning, at the beginning and at the end of the stitching •Bobbin
holding the double of the thread wound by the spool of common use, to halve the time necessary for their replacement and winding •Low sound
intensity level, easy maintainance, simple handling and setting

per venire incontro a queste esigenze.
In particolare, la struttura che racchiude questa nuova cucitrice (simile a quella già adottata per i mod. 3000 e 3000 E),
insieme all’utilizzo di materiale fonoassorbente di elevata qualità, ha permesso di abbattere considerevolmente il rumore
emesso, anche alla massima velocità.

comes up and satisfies the qualifications of the rules in force as to concern the safety. Our machine FL1 Silent has
been studied and planned just to meet these requirements. Particularly, the structure which contains this new stitching
machine (similar to that one already used for the models 3000 and 3000 E), together with the use of high quality acoustic
insulation, has permitted to pull down considerably the uttered noise, also at the highest speed.
